Happy Mothers Day :)

Dear Mommy,

Happy mothers day!!

i LOVE you mum!!! :-*

highlights of mothers day,

10.00 a.m - got up and lazed around.. no one was at home...

11.00 a.m - decided to get out of bed, shower and did some studying... like a TINY bit...

12.30 p.m - was thinking of making something special for mother's day.. so i decided i will cook my mom, granny and auntie dinner :) Started making a list of things that i will cook and things i need to buy...


1.45 p.m - went to pick up dear and we went to Jusco to buy the stuff I needed for dinner and had KFC for lunch, dear's treat! :) thank u darling :-*

4.30 p.m - got home and quickly started marinating the chicken, cutting the onions, brocolli, cauli flower, carrots and put the potatoes to boil.

5.30 p.m - still prepping... and mashing the potatoes...

6.30 p.m - started frying the chicken... which was AWESOME... but it was painful since i got splattered by oil all over me... =.= and preparing the vege's n onion soup...

7.30 p.m - Chicken all well-done ( FINALLY ), preparing the mac and cheese... which i overboiled the macaroni since i was preparing the sauce... @.@

8.10 p.m - FINALLY... all done...and now all set for EATING TIME! :D

Overall dinner was scrumptious and everyone enjoyed it..
(although the macaroni was a BIT overcooked and the brown sauce was a bit wee screwed up :P)
