Happyyy Chinese Niuuuu Year!!! :)

The year of the Ox, full of hope and luck ( for a short while.. not until u loose so much money on the mahjong table.. @.@) hehehe

Chinese New Year is always the most busy week of the year, where you meet all your relatives and cousins once a year...have been NON-STOP eating and drinking for the few days before new year and the days after new years! :P

Before Chinese New Year, day 29th, Reunion Dinner

Our Family have this tradition where we have the reunion a day earlier because we throw a new years eve party for our neighbours and friends, so to avoid the rush we eat reunion dinner a day earlier :)

dinner started with abalone yee-sang! it was DELICIOUS!!! :D :D :D

then continued with dinner... we had a really scrumptious dinner!

The day before CNY
We had our usual new years eve party with the neighbours... everyone is happy eating and drinking! :)

The FIRST day of CNY
the first day of new years is usually visiting day for me and my family...
it was the craziest day ever.. we ate and ate and ate... from one house to the other...

I started off the day with eating my granny's special dish, "chai choy" which a vegetarian dish. there are many different kind vege in this... <>

then we visited our grandaunts place @ bangsar...

and we continued eating, my 3rd meal for the day...

there was chicken wings, siew yok, kuihs and more siew yok and chicken wings hahahah!!

Then we moved on to our 3rd destination, my granduncle's place @damansara
and we continued eating again.... :D

They catered the "lok lok" truck over for that day... eheheh..

The SECOND day of CNY

the second day of cny is usually the day where relatives come over for visiting and my granny makes my favourite soup, "Lin Ngau Tong"

The 3rd day of CNY

nothing much happened, i went out with porkie in the morning and in the evening went over to Kuma's place for dinner and played some mah jong with yi-po and my granny...

this was the most intense mah jong game i've ever played... with the veterans of mah jong...
hehe but i won Rm36 in an hour from the both of em.. heheh sorry yi-po n ma ma :P

Yee Sang Day!! we had nothing but our home made yee-sang and fish porridge! :D

This year, CNY celebrations are not as elaborate as years before, this year we are more into eating and just celebrating among the family, gatherings and meeting the older people... it was fun... and very APPETIZING! hehehe..

have been so busy for the past two days, cleaning and baking...

I've just come to realize that i have a lot of junk... stuff that was dated like years back... I found a minnie mouse organizer just now and it states "10november1998" that was like 10 years ago!!!!

hahhaha!!! Spring cleaning is tiring but fun, get to see all the stupid things that u used to have... but one bad thing abt cleaning is, that there are ALOT of dust.. and MORE dust... =P
I've only cleared out ONE SMALL part of my room.. and i've already threw out 2 big bags of rubbish.... so much moreee to cleaaaannn....

SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME...!!! =P

well i guess its back to cleaning for me...

Singapore Here I come!!!

I'll be off to singapore in approx. 10 hours time. I'm so excited! I always love going to singapore... SHOPPING!!! hehehe

well I'll be off to Singapore with Mei Vern, for the next 4 days, so people dun misss me k! :P

pain pain pain paain....!!!!

for a person who cannot take pain, namely me, this is very painful! hahah! from a scale of 1-10, 1- being the least pain, i grade this a no6, because u cannnot see the wound but it hurts like crazy.... hhahahHHAH

I have to THANK MATTHEW for this... as he was the one who caused me to injure my leg. HAHAHAHA
well not entirely his fault.. but STILL!!! ahaahah

Saturday Outing!

Started off the Saturday, with doing my laundry that has been accumulated for over a WEEK.. ehehe.

Followed by taking both my car and dad's car down to the workshop in Puchong. They replaced my car fan and FINALLY my car does not over heat easily again!! Dad's car on the other hand, had more problems... so we left it there.. While waiting for them to change the car fan, mum and i went to the chinese kopitiam to have a cuppa coffee :D *rejuvenated* hehe

After i got home, I chilled a while.. go online... and then waited for my dad to get home to go for lunch.. waited for almost 2 hours for him to get back from work n only had lunch at 1.30>.< i was hungry beyond content...

Had char kuey teow, a bit of pan mee and rojak from ss3. *satisfying*... and went to pick mei vern up after lunch.

Mei Vern n I then left for Bangsar, in hopes to find me a pair of jeans. We were pretty lucky...!! we got a parking the moment we arrived at Bangsar! eheh :D

Our first destination was Blook. Tried on a couple of jeans, but unfortunately they either don't have my size or the cutting looks weird..

So no jeans for karmen... :( yet again.. the problems with sizes.... WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PEOPLE... don't they know that there are people with SMALL feet and SMALL waist.

Well after much walking at Jalan Telawi, visiting boutiques after boutiques, mei vern and i got tired, so we headed to starbuck and had a cuppa coffee, again... hehe my second cup of coffee for the day.. *Jumps with joy* and started texting people to tell them about dinner at Decanters..

We chilled at Starbucks for about an hour, checking people out.. and started gossiping... hahah and soon to find out we were running a bit late for dinner at 7pm..

So we rushed home and got ready and Chris came to pick us up and we all headed to Decanter's for dinner...

Dinner was rather fun... and quite embarassing... As we arrived at Decanters, I realised i had forgotten to call Eu Jin.... and to our surprise, our dear friend Eu Jin turned up... with this other friends... and I was in BIG TROUBLE..... >.<

* eu jin, I'm sorry laa!!! I didn't not call you on purpose... it probably just slipped my mind... for a short whileeeee.... SORRYYYYY *

Well the night didn't just end there. we all then headed to theodore's house for the next session, monopoly, mahjong and pokemon night ( and also the DS) ! and not forgetting the beers and bailey's we had...

it was a fun fun night, everyone was happy and some of them learned how to play mah jong. =P

We left theodore's place around 4am and adjourned to Kabeer for some supper... but the food was a bit dissapointing... I did not finish my maggi goreng because it tasted horrible... *sorry* well mei and i came home and talked a bit... and we both went to sleep....

Thats about, what I did this Saturday... Outings on Saturdays are fun!! Lets do it more often!!!! =D

Just some random thoughts. hehe

food....

karmen is such a pig.... >.<

I ate so much today and i feel FAT .... OMGOSH! >.< lolx

but nevertheless i enjoyed the food that i ate...

5 slices of bread with ham and cheese for breakfast @10.30am

pan mee for lunch @ around 4pm

a big plate of rice, with cabbage and 3 ikan keembong @ 7.30pm

followed by 2 slices of sponge cake @ 8.30pm

and lastly cherries and oranges for dessert @ 9pm

i think some worms infested my tummy... its only 11pm now and i feel like eating again...@.@ maybe I'll reward myself with some chocolate and milk! :D

The Story Unfolds

once a upon a time.....

not long ago actually... maybe a few years back, she met a guy, called Onix*. he was one of the most charming guy that she knew. She was young and naive, and she thought she would marry him one day... Things were all good, they loved each other very much, he took care of her and did what a guy would do to make her the HAPPIEST person in the world. BUT the downfall of this relationship was, they always fought and then slowly... her life was taken over by his obsessions for the number cruncher...

Things still prolonged, she forgave him, countless times... until one day... she just GAVE UP after a long battle of gaining his attention. Names were called, things flung here and there, jam breaking happened, punches exchanged, you name it, all happened... She gave up hope in love and was left all alone...

Not long after that, a good samaritan came along, and she was saved, from the horror that she went through. When she thought there was nothing else to hope for, Pikachu* was there to shock her back to life... She was then ALIVE again... Despite the new found relationship with Pikachu, Onix, didn't give up on her. He hunted her down, and wanted to get her back... but she REFUSED... However, the relationship with Pikachu was shortlived, because of her ignorance towards feelings and love... She ended up wounding him... She would love to turn back the time to make things better but she couldn't.. sorry ..

So life goes on for this young lady.... with Onix still persuaing her after everything she went through.. NOTE: Onix now already have an acquaintance even during her relationship with Pikachu was still on.

She was single and she was enjoying her life, with her friends... but at times..., she got lonely... and she was afraid to hurt anyone else, hence... she fell right back into Onix's trap...

A mistake that she SWORE she would never make EVER AGAIN....

She went against all odds, knowing that things will turn out bad, she poured her heart and soul back into where she tried to reclaim it from...

............... to find out that he was in for the best of both worlds........

it broke her heart........

~~~Onix wanted to be with that acquaintance and at the same time wanted to be with her....
She made him choose between them....
She did the most stupid things in life.. to make him choose her....
but... he did not...

So..... she backed out.... she knows how it feels getting cheated by some one, she's done enough damage for the other person... its time to stop.... and mostly... the damage she has done to herself and people around her....

no words, can describe how truly stupid she was.... for doing things like this...

but what happened, happened....

the word LOVE, which she once thought existed, has evaporated... even those deep down her bones...

regardless of that, she will still acknowledge the existence of Onix, but she will never love him ever again...

She is a changed person now, she has learned to move on, think of the future, leave the past behind and not care of what others would think of her. She's gone through enough for caring so much...

The moral of this story: What is in the PAST, keep it in the past, acknowledge who you have now, those in front of you.
